Payments

Housing costs for ASU students living in the residence halls and shared houses are charged directly to the ASU Student Account. Please refer to the schedule of charges and deadlines for more information.

Residents of family housing and non-ASU students living in the residence halls and shared houses must pay Williams Campus Housing directly. Information regarding payment dates and payment methods (below) applies ONLY to these students.

Accepted Methods of Payment

• Personal checks, money orders and cashiers checks.
• Credit cards (Visa, Discover, MasterCard) may be used through www.rentpayment.com (NOTE:  There is a service charge of $17.95 per transaction)
• Residents may also sign up for monthly recurring E-check payments online. The charge for these payments will only be $1.00 per transaction.

Payment Due Dates

Families: Rent is due on the 1st of each month. If not received by the end of business on the 3rd of each month, a late fee of $30 will be assessed on the 4th day. If not received by the 9th of the month, an additional late fee of $50 will be assessed (total of $80) on the 10th day.

Residence Halls and Shared Houses: Payment in full for the entire semester is due on July 25, 2009 (for Fall 2009) and December 20, 2009 (for Spring 2010). You may also select a 3-Payment/Semester plan for an additional fee of $25/semester. The due dates for the payment plan are 7/25/09, 9/25/09, 10/25/09, 12/20/09, 2/25/10, and 3/25/10. If payment is not received by the end of business on the 3rd day after the due date, a late fee of $30 will be assessed on the 4th day. If not received by the 9th day after the due date,an additional late fee of $50 will be assessed (total of $80) on the 10th day.
