Living on campus provides a supportive environment in which to raise your family while you are in school. Family housing is organized into three family villages:

• North Desert Village has 155 two- to five-bedroom houses nestled just north of the campus core and south of Toka Sticks Golf Course.
• West Desert Village provides 70 two-bedroom houses and is on the southwest portion of campus.
• South Desert Village contains 310 two- to four-bedroom houses.

Faculty and Staff from ASU and the Maricopa County Community Colleges are also eligible to reside in family housing.

Family houses include cable TV, water and garbage.  Resident are responsible for gas/electricity and telephone service.

The Villages, like all other housing areas, are staffed by Community Assistants (CAs) who provide peer support, policy enforcement, and programs/activities for residents.
