Please do not send any additional payments to Williams Campus Housing at this time. You will also be able to select the payment plan, meal plan preferences, etc.

You may submit your completed License Agreement by mail, fax or in person.  Please include the $125 required Housing Living & Dining Confirmation Payment (non-refundable) with your License Agreement.  Faxed License Agreements require that your payment be paid by credit card using www.rentpayment.com (Please note:  There is a $17.95 service charge for using a credit card).  You may also mail your payment under separate cover, but your License Agreement will not be processed until payment is received. You will also need to contact Aramark to make arrangments for your meal plan before a room assignment will be processed (see license agreement for more information).

IMPORTANT:  Completing a License Agreement is making a commitment to living on campus.  As soon as your License Agreement has been received, you are subject to cancellation fees if your plans change.

Room assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis according to the date your completed License Agreement and fees are received in our office.

If submitting your License through the mail (preferred method), please mail to:

Financial Aid and Payment Plans (Non-ASU students only):

If you would like to defer your first installment payment until your financial aid is received, you must complete the Financial Aid Deferment Form .  Please note:  Once aid is received, the semester payment must be made in full.  If you have questions regarding the Financial Aid Deferment, please contact our office. You may not defer the security deposit, application fee, or activity fee.

You may also select a 3-payment per semester plan for an additional $25 per semester. This is not a financial aid waiver, but allows residents to make payments rather than pay the entire semester at once. For Freshmen, the payment plan option may be selected directly on the license agreement. For Upperclassmen, the payment plan addendum must be submitted with the license agreement.
