ASU Students:
Apply at www.asu.edu/housing (click on the lik for applying & rates). This will also add the required $125 Housing Living & Dining Confirmation Payment (non-refundable) to your student account. Please do not send any additional payments to Williams Campus Housing at this time. You will also be able to select the payment plan, meal plan preferences, etc.

Non-ASU Students:
Print and complete the appropriate License Agreement. You may submit your completed License Agreement by
mail, fax or in person. Please include the $125 required Housing Living & Dining Confirmation Payment (non-refundable) with your License Agreement.
Faxed License Agreements require that your payment be paid by credit card using www.rentpayment.com (Please note:
There is a $17.95 service charge for using a credit card). You may also
mail your payment under separate cover, but your License Agreement will not be
processed until payment is received. You will also need to contact Aramark to make arrangments for your meal plan before a room assignment will be processed (see license agreement for more information).
IMPORTANT: Completing a License Agreement is making a commitment to
living on campus. As soon as your License Agreement has been received, you
are subject to cancellation fees if your plans change.
Room assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis according to
the date your completed License Agreement and fees are received in our office.

Photocopy of Guarantor's driver's
license or state-issued ID card (not the applicant's ID!) if
applicant is under the age of 23
If you would like to fax your License
Agreement, please fax to (480) 727-1711. You will need to mail the copy of
the Guarantor's ID (these usually do not come through clearly via fax).
Financial Aid and Payment Plans (Non-ASU students only):
If you would like to defer your first
installment payment until your financial aid is received, you must complete the Financial Aid Deferment Form . Please note: Once aid is
received, the semester payment must be made in full. If you have questions
regarding the Financial Aid Deferment, please contact our office. You may not
defer the security deposit, application fee, or activity fee.
You may also select a 3-payment per semester plan for an additional $25 per semester. This is not a financial aid waiver, but allows residents to make payments rather than pay the entire semester at once. For Freshmen, the payment plan option may be selected directly on the license agreement. For Upperclassmen, the payment plan addendum must be submitted with the license agreement.
License Agreement for Non-ASU Freshmen (traditional-aged, recently graduated from high
school, age 18-19):
This packet is for freshmen halls only. All students living in these buildings are required to
purchase a meal plan. Traditional-aged freshmen may only reside in Eagle, Talon or Falcon Halls.
- Meal Plans: ASU freshmen assigned to will automatically be signed up for the minimum required
meal plan and billed to the ASU student account.
Students from CGCC and other Maricopa County Community Colleges
must purchase a meal plan before a room assignment will be processed.
License Agreement
for Non-ASU Upperclassmen, Graduate, and Nontraditional Freshmen:
The 2008-09 packet is for Eagle, Talon, Phantom, Falcon & Mustang Halls (the North Residence Halls) as
well as the shared houses in South Desert Village.
